About the property

Please read carefully so you know exactly what you're booking — this is a boutique-hotel-style co-living floor, not a standalone apartment.
Your suite is fully private. Behind your own smart-lock entrance, you have two private bedrooms (each with a queen bed), your own private bathroom, your own private kitchenette, a small private living area, and a dedicated workstation. Only you and your guests have access to this space.
Just outside your suite door, on the same floor, there are also beautifully designed shared common areas — a full chef-style kitchen, dining area, living area, and laundry room — which you may share with guests staying in the other suites on this floor. There are 5 private suites total on this floor, each with their own smart-lock entrance, exactly like rooms in a boutique hotel.
The simple way to think about it: your suite is yours alone, and the social/extra spaces on the floor are communal — just like a small boutique hotel.
Inside your private suite (just for you):

Two private bedrooms with queen beds and hotel-quality linens
Private bathroom with modern finishes
Private kitchenette with fridge, microwave, induction cooktop, sink, and coffee station — great for breakfast, coffee, and light meals
Small private living/seating area
Dedicated workstation with external monitor
Smart TV
Smart-lock entry — only you have access

The suite has a calm modern boho design with pine green accents, layered textures, live plants, and curated décor throughout.
Shared spaces on your floor (open to all 5 suite guests on the floor):

Full chef-style kitchen with island and full-size appliances — for when you want to cook a proper meal
Shared dining area
Shared living area with comfortable seating
Shared laundry room

These shared spaces are part of what makes the stay feel elevated — like a thoughtfully designed boutique hotel rather than a basic apartment. Most of the time the floor is quiet and you may not see other guests at all, but please book this stay knowing that the common kitchen, dining, and living area are shared.

The primary issue during my stay was a malfunctioning HVAC system. My room remained excessively hot, and I was informed that at least four other unuits were experiencing the same problem. Guests were unable to adjust their room thermostats. Based on the neighboring unit’s similar condition and the fact that its occupant had already been provided a fan, I believe management was aware of the HVAC issue before my arrival. Although I initially declined a fan, I later accepted one due to the uncomfortable conditions. However, the HVAC problem was never repaired or resolved during my stay. I was also concerned by the host’s handling of the situation. I was instructed not to discuss the issue with other guests, yet the host discussed my complaint with a member of the cleaning staff. I found this inconsistent and unprofessional. The lack of a functioning HVAC system, combined with the handling of my concerns, significantly diminished the comfort and quality of my stay.

Do not stay here the air conditioning doesn’t work, the elevators were out our entire stay, our car was broken into right outside the Airbnb. The beds are hard as rocks and there are people all outside the doors smoking and partying at all hours of the night. Horrible stay, 0/10 do not recommend.
