Maximum of 2 registered guests at any time; no additional visitors are permitted (day or night). This rule is strictly enforced by building management.
The primary guest must be at least 18 years old.

⚠️ A background check (no SSN required) is required.
🚗 Free valet parking is included; however, the garage cannot accommodate pickup trucks or full-sized SUVs.
⚠️ Important: If you are arriving on Sunday and Monday after 11 PM, only the garage staff can give you the keys (not the concierge). The primary guest listed on the booking must pick up the keys in person and show a valid ID. You must let us know before 8 PM on your check-in day if you will arrive after 11 PM. If we don’t know by then, you will not be able to check in that night and will need to wait until 7 AM the next morning.⚠️

The building is nice and felt very safe. The room itself was stocked with the bare minimum. There were two of us staying there for three nights. There was only 1 roll toilet paper, only 2 towels, enough shower gel for only 2 showers. Nothing awful but not my typical experience with Airbnb’s  bathroom amenities. The parking with valet is easy, it’s just a few steps from the elevator so no lugging heavy bags long distances. Overall a good stay!" (10/5)

I let them know about the lack of cleanliness and they brought me a new comforter which was very much appreciated. I would have appreciated a clean room more but it was still very nice. suffice to say I slept on the couch wrapped in the new comforter. the bathroom was super clean and has amazing water pressure. also it location is amazing. again everyone has an off day and I just got it I suppose.
